Crestlio uses the smallest possible set of browser storage. We set no advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, and no third-party analytics that profile individuals.

Strictly necessary (always on)
- • Authentication session token: keeps you signed in; stored in the browser until sign-out or expiry
- • CSRF and request-integrity values: protect form submissions; session lifetime
- • Tenant and role context: remembers which organization view you are working in; session lifetime
Functional preferences, set by your own actions
- • Dismissed coach tips and onboarding checklist state
- • Saved Work Queue views, filters and notification preferences
- • Cookie-notice acknowledgment, so the banner is not shown again
What we do not set
No advertising or retargeting cookies, no social-network pixels, no cross-site identifiers, and no behavioural profiling. Because nothing non-essential is set, there is no consent to give for tracking; the banner is an acknowledgment only.
Managing storage
You can clear cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings. Clearing the strictly necessary items signs you out and resets saved views and dismissed tips; it does not delete any employment record.
Questions
Cookie questions about a specific tenant should go to that employer's People & Culture or privacy contact, who is the controller for the records held in the tenant.
